Outlined throughout this proposal, IMO, there are strong diplomatic arguments for either side. I would like to weigh in on behalf of the Chainlink community that we are in support the proposal, excepting for a few points, such as the beneficiaries from this proposal such as male pattern baldness support groups and inclusion of celebrities in the proposals outline such as. Additionally the lack of inclusion of Sergey Nazarov, Ari Juels, ChainLinkGod, and DeFiGod as committee members is concerning. Should the final proposal mitigate these concerns such as, Chainlink will support this. Also, uniswap should use chainlink oracles, and therefore the proposal should be amended such as.

I think in general this is a wake up call for defining what the purpose of the UNI treasury is for. Is it for the fueling the growth of the Uniswap ecosystem, or is it simply a slush fund for handing out large checks up-front to entities who immediately dump on the ecosystem with no predefined long term plans but instead a vague initiative that has no clear direct benefit to the Uniswap protocol or UNI token holders. That being said, as someone with no skin in the game here, this proposal has my full support.

It would be utterly insane to give this much money with no accountability like this.

How do we know you will actually pay the biggest “yes” voter? Better to make a smart contract so you can trustlessly bribe the biggest voter. Or a contract to bribe anyone who votes yes via the contract if the proposal passes. Then I’m in.
