-We were hoping that large grant budget is separate and just have voting regarding operations as we do think it’s extremely large grant sum that the Foundation is managing beyond its operations. That being said, we voted abstain in offchain vote but even adding abstain and vote against is still much less than those voted in support. Therefore, we believe the voting now is more of issue of meeting the quorum and also question regarding whether Uniswap Foundation should continue to exist, which we vote in support.

Hello everyone,
My name is Nneoma, and I’m glad to (re)introduce myself as a Technical Governance Specialist at StableLab. Previously, I contributed to the Uniswap ecosystem as a grants reviewer on the Uniswap Arbitrum Grants Program (UAGP) Committee, where I gained hands-on experience evaluating projects and supporting ecosystem growth through this novel cross-ecosystem initiative.
Since then, I’ve continued to stay active in governance as a delegate at DAOs like Lido and Safe, while also spearheading programs such as the Delegate Accelerator at ScrollDAO — an 8-week capacity-building initiative designed to upskill new and existing delegates. Most recently, I led the formation of GovWorks, Livepeer’s Governance Working Group, which focuses on treasury stewardship, proposal evaluation, and governance best practices to improve decision-making and transparency.
Now, I’ll be supporting @Doo_StableLab with Uniswap governance by helping track discussions and votes, joining calls, and contributing to ongoing forum conversations. I also aim to propose initiatives that bring tangible value to the ecosystem, drawing from my experience in governance design, product development, research, and cross-ecosystem participation.
I look forward to engaging with many of you, learning from the ongoing discussions, and contributing meaningfully to Uniswap’s mission.

42.11% for Arana Digital & KPK
5.25% for events horizon, Seedgov, and Avantgarde
-Many strong candidates but voted for larger share for kpk and Arana Digital as they been active participants in governance in Uniswap for a long period. For others, we have given a smaller share but also believe they are worthy to have bigger voting power.
