-We were hoping that large grant budget is separate and just have voting regarding operations as we do think it’s extremely large grant sum that the Foundation is managing beyond its operations. That being said, we voted abstain in offchain vote but even adding abstain and vote against is still much less than those voted in support. Therefore, we believe the voting now is more of issue of meeting the quorum and also question regarding whether Uniswap Foundation should continue to exist, which we vote in support.

-We believe that there should be more discussion put into optimize the allocation but believe that both incentives are needed at the moment. However, incentives for other chains should be assessed more carefully now not to split the incentive distribution
