-We have asked for “how many non malicious projects or ideas that were unable to find sponsored delegates to launch proposals” and unfortunately, we still haven’t gotten the response so will have to vote against in principle. In addition, 20M UNI is a lot of voting power that we believe should be divided among more parties ideally.

-We have voted yes for now as the proposal has several of new alignment between Uniswap DAO and Uniswap Foundation and Labs. However, we will vote each proposal independently especially any proposals with budgets attached.

While we are aware of UF or UL potentially taking care of such chains in the future, considering there’s no communication regarding such. And even if there is, believe there should be soft transfer / shutdown process, therefore we vote in support

We knew it was a proposal that will pass but we are wary of several aspects such as large yearly cost that’s been requested. But at the same time, we took in to consideration that DAO seems to be ok with such at least for now.
