Rationale: Consistent with our vote on the UNIfication proposal and on the respective Temp Check for this Protocol Fee Expansion proposals, we voted in favor of the onchain execution of both proposals. We reiterate the arguments presented during the Temp Check, as they continue to reflect our position:

As @haydenadams has duly explained in this proposal post, and given that the activation of the protocol’s Fee Switch and buyback and burn mechanisms in December worked correctly and as expected on Mainnet for Uni v2 and some selected Uni v3 pools, it is only natural to expand the system to new networks on Uni v2 and v3 and enable it for all Mainnet Uni v3 pools. We are excited to see that everything is running as expected, allowing the mechanism to be expanded. Therefore, we vote in favour of this proposal.
