We vote in favor of this long-awaited proposal, which can only now be discussed and put to a vote thanks to the current crypto-friendly environment worldwide, particularly in the US, and the recent establishment of the DUNI structure. We believe that this proposal, in its entirety, will bring substantial value to both the protocol and the UNI token, thereby benefiting everyone involved in the Uniswap ecosystem.

We would like to extend our special thanks to @haydenadams for addressing the questions and concerns raised by many community members, including ourselves, both on the forum and, notably, during the in-depth conversation and Q&A session held with the delegates attending GovSwap in Buenos Aires during Devconnect.
