Following the successful passing of the GLI Treasury Delegation Snapshot, a 7-day period will begin during which eligible delegates may submit their application for nomination.
This period will begin at the time of this publication and will end at 12:00am Saturday September 27th as of the applicants timezone.
As detailed in the GLI forum post , this round of treasury delegations will follow a two-step process: Nominee Applications followed by an Election Snapshot.
This post begins part one: Nominee Applications. All qualifying delegates may submit one application. Each application will provide:
Proof that the applicant qualifies for the coming election period. Each applicant must meet the participation requirements detailed below to qualify for inclusion in the coming election snapshot.
A written statement detailing each delegate’s reason for application and candidate platform from which voters will decide how to cast their support.
Participation Look Back Window:
The assessed on-chain proposals will include:
Both instances of the Scaling V4 and Supporting Unichain
Establish Uniswap Governance as “DUNI,” a Wyoming DUNA
Unichain Co-Incentives Growth Management Plan
The assessed Snapshot proposals will include:
GLI – Incentivized Delegation Vaults
GLI – Treasury Delegation Round 2
Launching Uniswap v3 on Ronin with co-incentives
Establish Uniswap Governance as “DUNI,” a Wyoming DUNA
Uniswap Delegate Reward Initiative - Cycle 4
[TEMP CHECK] - Etherlink Co-incentives Proposal
Uniswap Unichain - USDS and sUSDS Co-Incentives Growth Management Plan
Participation Requirements:
On-Chain Participation: ≥75%
Off-Chain Participation: ≥75%
Voting Power Cap: Less than 2.5 million UNI in voting power as of the date when this proposal is passed on Snapshot.
Next Steps:
Validation Window: Following the closure of the application window, the UAC will confirm that each applicant has met the required inclusion metrics. We expect this validation process to take up to 7 days.
Election Snapshot: Following validation, all eligible nominees will be included in the election snapshot proposal.
Self-Voting Policy: Because this election is not for a finite number of seats, and it is best to encourage broader distribution of votes, self-voting will not leverage the max-matching model seen during committee elections. Instead, each voter will be eligible to commit a maximum of 25% to himself or herself and distribute the remainder as they see fit.
Violation Policy: If a delegate violates the self-voting policy, the portion of their voting power allocated to themself will be considered void. Any portion allocated toward other delegates will persist.
Ranking and Distribution Calculations: After election closure, all nominees will be ranked in order of most to least votes received, and the waterfall voting power distribution discussed in the GLI forum post will be calculated.
Dispute Window: The UAC will share the distribution results and provide a 3-day dispute window.
On-chain Vote: Shortly following the closure of the dispute window, the UAC will publish the final on-chain proposal.

Proxy has been an active participant in Uniswap governance as a delegate we have been anxious to get more involved in an official capacity. We’re a team of governance professionals with over 5 years of active involvement in DAO governance. Kevin Nielsen was previously the founder of Boardroom (recently acquired by Agora), a platform supporting DAOs and protocols with governance infrastructure and tooling. He has led governance advisory and operation roles for large protocol DAOs and specialized in delegate management and governance workflows in previous roles. Proxy currently works as a governance service provider for various protocols, holds a key position in multiple DAO committees and working groups, and maintains an active delegate platform for various protocols. We believe we’re able to vote in the DAO’s best interest and a recognized delegation would go a long way to securing our place in the broader Uniswap governance ecosystem.

What cp0x does as delegate
We take this responsibility seriously: we read and draft proposals, ask questions to authors, participate in community calls, vote, and always explain our position
We don’t miss votes.
Our values
Fairness. We stand against reckless spending and always seek solutions that take into account the interests of different parties. Transparency. Every vote we cast comes with a clear explanation - our decisions are consistent. Decentralization. We support initiatives that reduce reliance on single players or foundations

CuriaLab is committed to strengthening decentralized governance and seeks a delegation from the Uniswap Treasury to help address the DAO’s current quorum challenges.
Our team specializes in building tools for merit-based reputation and transparent governance. We develop data analytics solutions, including delegate reputation scoring that are used to strengthen accountability within major DAOs. As active delegates across multiple protocols, we have a proven record of informed and responsible participation.
With a delegation, we will apply our specialized expertise directly to the Uniswap ecosystem, ensuring every vote is cast to protect and advance the DAO’s long-term interests.

Applicant platform, including why the delegate should be elected: @kpk is a DeFi-native organisation specialising in professional treasury development since 2020. We work with leading organisations (eg. the Ethereum Foundation) and DeFi projects to diversify their treasuries into sustainable portfolios, and we serve as delegates across leading DAOs.
In Uniswap, we have served as delegates and actively contributed to governance since June 2023. We were elected members of the Uniswap Treasury WG (activity now concluded), through which we published the Mobilising a DAO’s Treasury report.
As written in our delegate statement, we aim to actively contribute to the long-term sustainability of the Uniswap ecosystem and improve its governance process. We believe this program fits into that as a way to increase active participation, high-value discussions and valuable DAO-driven initiatives.
Applicant platform, including why the delegate should be elected:
GFX Labs is one of the oldest and most active delegates. We have authored more proposals than any other delegate (more than two dozen on Snapshot and more than ten on Tally, which does not include the GFX founder’s additional work under his own name prior to company formation), and helped expand Uniswap to many new chains, including many with 8 figures of TVL and accessed by users not present on the largest chains.
Due to recent shifts in delegation rotation and older holders realizing gains, we no longer hold enough delegation for proposal power.
Applicant platform, including why the delegate should be elected: Event Horizon has served as a public good within the Uniswap Ecosystem for >3 years providing metagovernance and agentic governance services. Event Horizon maintains extremely high participation in and commitment to the Uniswap ecosystem. Assets delegated to EH will maintain 100% up time along with full contribution with regards to rationales and in forum discussions both addressing the primary issue of quorum and secondary issue of contribution directly.

SEEDGov has been an active delegation since joining Uniswap in May 2024. Since then, we have not only voted and publicly justified 100% of our decisions both offchain and onchain, but we have also attended every community call and actively participated in nearly all DAO discussions and proposals.
We have always done so with a professional, detail-oriented, critical, sincere, and honest perspective on what we believe is best for Uniswap, its tokenholders, and the DAO as a whole. We have supported initiatives we considered positive, but we have never hesitated to oppose and question those we found negative or unconvincing, even if that meant voting against the majority. Every proposal has been thoroughly analyzed with a demanding and responsible approach, of which we are proud.
Beyond Uniswap, SEEDGov actively participates in the governance of multiple protocols, where we hold relevant roles in committees, working groups, and as service providers. This has allowed us to gain strong expertise in governance design, research, and evaluation of internal mechanics, experience that we believe is highly valuable for Uniswap as well.
We have also been an active delegate across a number of major DAOs including Arbitrum, Optimism, Jito, and others. We have also served critical roles including Grants council member and Milestones & Metrics council member at Optimism Collective, reviewing grants that make impact on the Superchain ecosystem. We also run validators across networks and have hands-on experience operating secure and TEE-based infrastructure, which is relevant to the operation and governance of Unichain Validator Network (UVN).
We believe we should be able to make decisions and vote in the best interest of the Uniswap DAO with a delegation from the treasury and contribute to the long-term success of the protocol.

The Argonaut team has been committed to Uniswap for over a year, participating consistently in governance votes. Our decision-making has always been independent, reflecting our willingness to support proposals that benefit the DAO as well as to oppose those we believe are not in its best interest.
Over the past year, we have grown and matured as delegates, not only within Uniswap but also through our involvement in other protocols. This experience allows us to bring valuable insights to Uniswap, strengthening our contribution. It has also taught us how to collaborate with different teams in pursuit of the best outcomes for the DAO.
Lastly, we want to highlight our focus on security, fairness, and innovation. These pillars guide every voting decision we make and represent the foundation of our long-term commitment to Uniswap.

Avantgarde is a crypto-native asset management firm that has been building in DeFi since 2016, partly as co-founders of asset management protocol Enzyme, with decades of experience from tier-1 TradFi firms.
We have been actively involved as a delegate in Uniswap for now over 3 years since 2022, contributing with proposals like the Uniswap Delegate Principles, participated in initiatives like the Uniswap Bridge Assessment Committee and contributed with R&D towards, for example, the fee switch discussion.
With significant contextual experience contributing to Uniswap and soon-to-be 10 years as builders in the space, we will continue to leverage our dual expertise across both TradFi and DeFi to contribute to the success of Uniswap and support the DAO where our subject matter expertise is of particular relevance.
Applicant platform, including why the delegate should be elected:
Our approach to governance is proactive, principled, and deeply invested in the long-term security and success of Uniswap. We believe our extensive track record of substantive proposals serves as the strongest evidence of this commitment. We have consistently identified critical risks to the DAO and authored concrete solutions, such as our comprehensive RFC on preparing for governance attacks and subsequent proposals toraise the onchain proposal quorum and delegate UNI to active delegates to fortify the protocol. Beyond security, to empower the community with better data, we developed and shared foundational resources like the Uniswap DAO Financial Report to empower data-driven decision-making, and pioneered initiatives like the Technical Advisory Board (TAB) to introduce crucial expertise into the governance process. These actions are a clear testament that we have the best interest of Uniswap at heart.
Our Commitment: We are committed to active participation and full transparency. We maintain a publicly auditable voting history, with regular updates on our Forum and Notion.
Political Philosophy:
Positive-Sum Collaboration: We champion proposals that create mutual benefits for the broadest range of stakeholders.
Ecosystem Growth: We support initiatives that use decentralized technology to enhance transparency, efficiency, and equity.
Public Goods: We prioritize proposals that deliver positive social, environmental, and economic outcomes.
Effective Coordination: We vote to accelerate collaboration across networks, helping diverse teams achieve common goals.
