Vote: ABSTAIN
Rationale: We have decided to abstain from this proposal. While it is true that the activation of DUNI has unlocked participation for many token holders, the reality is that these new participants only vote on a very small number of specific proposals originating from the Lab or the Foundation, and they remain uninterested in all other proposals, which continue to face the quorum issues of recent months. Ideally, this situation would be resolved through a more organic delegation structure, but that is not what is happening on Uniswap. Nor did we vote against it, since the Foundation’s delegation was a measure that worked at the time but is not the ideal way to solve the underlying problem.
