  • Reasoning: We voted FOR this proposal. Forse has a proven track record on other protocols and the results they have provided are definitely tangible, so bringing this tool to the DAO seems trustworthy and reasonable. The budget seems feasible, but we would like to see a more detailed budget breakdown if the proposal passes. Still, we voted for it.
  • Proposal: Four Chains for Analytics Hub for Uniswap’s Revitalization and Growth Program

  • Vote: 100% Abstain
  • Reasoning: Although we voted in favor of the corresponding counterpart, we decided to abstain 100% here because we do not yet have a well-informed decision about these chains or reasons to choose one over the other. We believe that the proposal lacks important information to at least make a better decision on this issue, so we decided to abstain from this vote.

  • Proposal: Uniswap Accountability Committee S4 Elections

  • Vote: 100% for Takeshi Ohishi
  • Reasoning: Unlike the previous season, we did not split our vote this time because we are much more convinced about the candidate we support. Our vote went 100% to Takeshi. We elected him since he is the head of a team of delegates that are trusted partners for the DAO. They have lot of experience and have actively participated in our DAO as well as others. They always behave the same way in all of them, which makes them, and so Takeshi, ideal candidates for the position. Regarding the UAC position and its characteristics, we believe Takeshi best matches the UAC’s needs and tasks.
