Protocol Fee Expansion: Eight More Chains and Remaining Mainnet v3 Pools

We are in favor of activating fees on the outlined list of chains. This is a natural step forward after mainnet fees going live. Base fees and volume in particular will be interesting to observe, given the close competition from Aerodrome. Arbitrum is of course a key venue for Uniswap as well due to its overwhelming market share. It should serve as a material burn driver given continued usage of Arbitrum itself. Hopefully we can see some additional data and impact metrics around fee rollout soon, starting with mainnet.
