Have you heard of Defi? If you need someone to babysit your finance, I would suggest you explore something more suitable for you, like central banks or stock markets.

Everyone is free to use Uniswap protocol how they want. Nobody can prevent anyone from listing any tokens or remove already listed ones.
Token lists contain list of reputable tokens and I suggest you stick to those.
