[Snapshot] Uniswap Delegate Reward Initiative - Cycle 4 - Voted ABSTAIN
As in our rationale for Cycle 3, we support the idea of delegate incentives and believe delegates should be compensated for their time and effort. However, even though the adjustments proposed in this cycle are aimed at rewarding genuine commitment and reliability, we think that there is still room for improvement in how delegates can earn points. In particular, engagement through constructive feedback on proposals or facilitating DAO initiatives is a valuable contribution that currently goes unrecognized in this current scoring process, and could be worth exploring in future iterations.
At the same time, we have a direct conflict of interest, as we stand to benefit from this initiative. So, to avoid any perception of bias, we chose to abstain this time.
