Unichain and Uniswap v4 Liquidity Incentives
Summary: Allocate 7.5M UNI for Uniswap v4 and Unichain rewards.
Recommendation: Abstain. Relevant comment: link. The UF plans to allocate UNI to pools that the DAO cannot monetize per Devin’s comment. Since Devin did say they would seek methods to either “…split fees or otherwise share economics…” we voted to abstain rather than explicitly against.
[Temp Check] Saga Uniswap v3 Liquidity Incentives
Summary: Saga requested $250K in UNI for six months to support five pools on Saga. Saga will allocate $4.2M. Saga paid for Oku’s costs.
Recommendation: For. This is the most a chain has offered to put in rewards, and we felt it was a very rational proposal relative to their minimal ask.
[Temp Check] Treasury Delegation Round 2
Summary: Revise the existing protocol delegation program to have expiring delegations and increase the total amount delegated by the protocol to 18M.
Recommendation: Abstain. We don’t think the program has been a glaring success. We want more folks making creative/ambitious proposals to move the DAO forward. We fear utilizing UNI from the treasury increases the bureaucracy and limits productivity. That said, we don’t hold a strong enough opinion to cast an against vote.
