    3. Rationale: We voted FOR the Uniswap Delegate Reward Initiative – Cycle 3. The previous two cycles were successful in increasing participation, ensuring quorum was met. The Community Call participation requirement was a positive addition, and each new cycle attracted more delegates, many of whom maintained perfect voting participation. Lastly, we are eager to see how the current cycle’s new requirement to require a 7-day window after the end of each vote for posting rationales will affect delegate participation in forum discussions.
