More context on the status of Plasma incentives:
After an internal UAC vote, we have decided not allocate incentives towards the Plasma incentives this month. The surplus amount passes the necessary threshold (as seen below), however, the margin of safety is presently quite low. With only $297,094 in the surplus, we feel more comfortable allocating UNI on Plasma once this margin strengthens.
The Plasma team has also paused their side of the incentives for now, after allocating ~$800k. We will monitor incentive timing actively and coordinate with Plasma accordingly.
