None of the discretionary budget was utilized during the month of November.
- After an internal UAC vote, we have decided not allocate incentives towards the Plasma incentives this month. The surplus amount passes the necessary threshold (as seen below), however, the margin of safety is presently quite low. With only $297,094 in the surplus, we feel more comfortable allocating UNI on Plasma once this margin strengthens.
- The Plasma team has also paused their side of the incentives for now, after allocating ~$800k. We will monitor incentive timing actively and coordinate with Plasma accordingly.
Below is the status of the Incentive Package Budget Account at month close.
The current balance stands at $890k, which represents the total amount of yet-to-be-allocated incentives. Based on a UNI price of $5.66, this Account is at a surplus of $742,094, bringing the total current adjusted balance to $1,632,094.
As it currently stands, 1.5× the current balance equates to $1,335,000. Therefore, the discretionary budget as of November 30th is $297,094. If the dollar value of the UNI in this account falls below $1,335,000, the discretionary budget cannot be utilized.
