Voting Update
Complete initial funding of the Uniswap Foundation
Voted Yes
-The reasoning is the same as voting in support during the temp check but in simple reasoning, it’s due to the need for having Uniswap Foundation as well as reasonable budget compared to other similar sized DAOs
Voting Update
Temperature Check - [Issue a Visa Card with Uniswap Logo ]
Voted No
-While the proposal itself clarifies that it has no cost to Uniswap DAO, “Once the proposal has been approved, we would appreciate an official announcement from the Uniswap DAO” so we understand it as a form of endorsement. And believe it should be treated more carefully.
Voting Update
[Temperature Check]: Invest in Ekubo Protocol
Voted No
-The proposal is asking for 12 million USD worth for investment and also significant voting power without enough due diligence or accountability. If this proposal is passed, though we will respect the decision, I think the Uniswap governance should seriously reflect on what is the role of governance and accountability.
Voting Update
[Temperature Check]: Delegation of UNI to Active but Underrepresented Delegates
Voted Yes
-We believe that having a program to delegate more to active but underrepresented delegates can encourage more active and accountable governance.
Conflict of Interest: StableLab is the proposal author
Deploy Uniswap V3 on Scroll
Voted No
-As Uniswap is deployed on multiple chains, would like to see more concrete plans and incentive to benefit the Uniswap community

Voting Update
[Temperature Check]: Competition of Delegation of UNI to Active but Underrepresented Delegates
Voted for All
-As we believe all are good candidates and we ourselves are running, we abstain by voting for all and thus helping with quorum but not affecting the election
Conflict of Interest: StableLab is the proposal author
Voting Update
Competition of Delegation of UNI to Active but Underrepresented Delegates
Voted for Yes
-We believe that this initiative will help with both quorum issues and also rewarding active delegates who don’t have much voting power
Conflict of Interest: StableLab is the proposal author
Voting Update
[Temperature Check] Deploy Uniswap v3 on Rootstock (Bitcoin Sidechain)
Voted for Yes
-While we dont believe Rootstock will be a significant liquidity for Uniswap. Considering Rootstock has honored portion of its commitment and also Uniswap has been liberal in expanding its chain integrations, voting in support for now
[Temperature Check] Lower Onchain Proposal Threshold
Voted for Lower PT from 2.5M UNI to 1M UNI
-We believer certain threshhold is needed to ensure it’s not being spammed, but 1M UNI especially with recent increase in price is a reasonable measure to ensure the governance is more accessible while still preventing spamming proposals.
Voting Update
Uniswap Deployments Accountability Committee Competition
Voted for all
-Voted for all so it helps with the quorum but doesn’t tilt the decision as I myself am participating
Voting Update
Deploy Uniswap V3 on Rootstock
Voted for Yes
-Once again, while we dont believe Rootstock will be a significant liquidity for Uniswap. Considering Rootstock has honored portion of its commitment and also Uniswap has been liberal in expanding its chain integrations, voting in support.
Lower Onchain Proposal Threshold
Voted for Yes
-We believe certain threshold is needed to ensure it’s not being spammed, but 1M UNI especially with recent increase in price is a reasonable measure to ensure the governance is more accessible while still preventing spamming proposals.
Voting Update
Voted for Against or voted for 1Million
-We have voted for 1 million USD for those who with large TVL or what we consider to potential to have large TVL. As there’s significant operating cost which doesn’t change much even if it’s a larger amount, it would be more efficient in delpoly larger amount.
We have voted against for the following :
Scroll, blast, Taiko, moonbeam, mantle.
Voted 1 million for BSc, Polygon, base, Linea, zksync
Voting Update
[Temp Check] Deploy Uniswap v3 on Zora
Voted for Yes
-While ideally, there would be more direct incentive for Uniswap, do also feel that being one of first DeFI protocols on there would be beneficial. However, do wish there are more clear details to their commitment
Voting Updates
Deploy Uniswap V3 on Zora
Voted yes
-As shared before, while ideally, there would be more direct incentive for Uniswap, do also feel that being one of first DeFI protocols on there would be beneficial. However, do wish there are more clear details to their commitment
Deploy Uniswap V2 on all chains with V3
Voted yes
-While the cost is not so high, there can be passive benefits by allowing users who want such to access in other chains
Voting Updates
Uniswap Revitalization and Growth Proposal
Voted No
-As we voted for certain aspects of the initiative in snapshot voting, we do support the general idea but believe there should be more time and discussions and negotiations before moving to onchain
Voting Updates
Activate Uniswap Protocol Governance
Voted Yes
-We support this as the community and the governance will have a will have a closer alignment with the protocol
Voting Updates
Uniswap V3 Fees: Factory Owner Amendment
Voted Accept amendment
-Overall, we agree with @AbdullahUmar ‘s concern which have been echoed by many delegates and also ensuring there can be some flexibility for greater alignment.
We have gotten several questions about our voting on “Uniswap V3 Fees: Factory Owner Amendment”, we have gotten confirmation that this would be only used for signal rather than process toward onchain, and if that’s the case, we do lean toward worth assessing the possibility and potential.
Voting Updates
[Temp Check] Mobilizing the Uniswap Treasury
Voted Abstain
As we are the proposal Co authors, we vote abstain
Voting Updates
[Temp Check] Onboard Uniswap to Sei
Voted Deploy without incentives
-While we support onboarding on Sei, we don’t believe it’s a good use of providing incentive to especially new not yet developed ecosystems
Voting Updates
Update Uni v3/v2 Deployment Process (March 2024)
Voted No
-Although we support with several of the proposal changes. We strongly disagree with “Step 2.2 (Work for the DAO and Accountability Committee)”
which is
”The Committee will hold a temperature check to see if there’s interest in deploying incentives on the new fork–this vote also acts as the challenge period”. This should be posted by the affected L2 or mainnet and ideally include their offers to the DAO.
