Our approach to governance is proactive, principled, and deeply invested in the long-term security and success of Uniswap. We believe our extensive track record of substantive proposals serves as the strongest evidence of this commitment. We have consistently identified critical risks to the DAO and authored concrete solutions, such as our comprehensive RFC on preparing for governance attacks and subsequent proposals to raise the onchain proposal quorum and delegate UNI to active delegates to fortify the protocol. Beyond security, to empower the community with better data, we developed and shared foundational resources like the Uniswap DAO Financial Report to empower data-driven decision-making, and pioneered initiatives like the Technical Advisory Board (TAB) to introduce crucial expertise into the governance process. These actions are a clear testament that we have the best interest of Uniswap at heart.
