4–Applicant Summary: I lead governance at Michigan Blockchain, with experience as a delegate for various protocols, from DEXs and money markets, to L2s and stablecoins. Prior to governance, I worked as a product and data analytics consultant for dYdX and ImmutableX, respectively. At the moment, my other commitment includes managing a family and friends blockchain fund called Arana Ventures, focused on small cap assets. My intention behind sponosring this grant and delegate proposal is stated in a previous post:

By partaking in this meta-governance initiative, I believe that I can help the Uni DAO contribute meaningfully to the Arbitrum ecosystem.

  • Involved in voting on various topics since the Arbitrum DAO’s inception. Discussion contributions made to incentive and grant programs like the recent Questbook, Plurality Labs, and domain allocator proposals—as well as other crucial security & constitution-based proposals.
  • Am a part of Arbitrum’s Phase I ambassador program.

7–Conflict of interests:
Michigan Blockchain is a delegate for Arbitrum. To ensure separation of voting decisions, I will not be making the final voting decision for Arbitrum proposals at Michigan Blockchain—this obligation will be handled by the rest of the Michigan Blockchain governance team, while my voting decisions for the Arb DAO will align with the positions of the Uniswap DAO.
