Governor Alpha contract?

So I’ve figured that Uniswap has the contract at https://etherscan.io/address/0x1f9840a85d5af5bf1d1762f925bdaddc4201f984 to delegate, view votes etc.

But where does Uniswap submit proposals and vote on them? Does it have a Governor Alpha contract similar to Compound? If so, what is the address? If not, where and how is it done?

(Fair warning: I only have half a clue what I’m talking about as I’ve never actually had anything to do with the Compound Governor Alpha contract)
