We have a proposal category and obviously if someone had a proposal that had to do with governance of the platform we would have to put it in there, but general discussion of governance should be somewhere else.
Say, if I want to discuss what kind of voting system is the most efficient, how should we go about setting up grants, etc. All those things would probably be on a governance category.
