As part of an overhaul of our grant-making process, the UF is actively recruiting for a Grants Lead. This is a super important role that will work across the organization to help design, scope, and implement large-scale programs that impact every core constituency of the Uniswap ecosystem. This person will be working directly with me, Tyllen, Raffi, Fede, Ben, and Ken. Beyond developing and hardening our internal processes and systems, they will be expected (and empowered) to form deep, productive, lasting relationships with teams from all disciplines in order to build the UF’s pipeline of high-quality grantees.
