Delegate Statement

Our goal is to ensure Uniswap properly allocates its assets to grow the protocol and best serve the interest of Uniswap users and UNI holders.

To do this, We will emphasize reducing complexity and building easy to evaluate processes, to ensure that both delegates and UNI holders can understand the protocol and it’s governance. Simplicity is essential to decentralization, both to avoid hidden centralization points and to identify potential weaknesses and waste.

We will support proposals that provide strong risk-adjusted returns, with clear metrics to evaluate their success. we will object to proposals with unjustifiably high costs, lack accountability or don’t fit the broader goals of Uniswap.

As a delegate, we commit to providing honesty, transparency and openness to both UNI holders and the community.

Strategic Renewal of Gnosis, Linea, and Mantle Deployments

Support: These deployments make since. The chains chosen for renewal have worthwhile risk-adjusted returns, even with the volatility in on-chain use. This will help Uniswap maintain a competitive presence across the ecosystem.

Support: This proposal has been long awaited and I strongly support. The fee-switch provides a sustainable economic model for the UNI token and this provides increased clarity on the role of Labs in the DAO. We did note some concerns regarding the token based compensation structure, but believe those are manageable.
