Applicant summary–briefly explain why you’re interested in applying for this Delegate Reward Initiative:

Michigan Blockchain is an organization run by students at the University of Michigan. Our main goal is to educate students about blockchain and prepare them for roles within and outside our organization including governance, consulting, and investment. We have been involved and active in the Uniswap governance ecosystem for around four years now, and are also involved in governance across other DAOs. We think this program does a great job in incentivizing governance participants to first, consistently vote, and more importantly, make more informed voting decisions. We also appreciate that this program incentivizes engaging in discussion with community members, and is crucial in involving a wider pool of delegates to suggest improvements and share ideas about the protocol.

Uniswap Delegate Reward Initiative - Cycle 4- Results

Summary

After examining the Voting Participation, Proposal Authorship, and Community Participation, Delegate Owned UNI Token, top 15 delegates have been selected. The post outlines the list of top 15 delegates as well as addresses the questions and clarifications. For detailed breakdown in excel, it can be found here.

Details

The maximum point possible was 13. There were no ties this time.

Note:

  • Blockful’s Uniswap token ownership didn’t count as the deadline was missed.

1,000 UNI token was expected to be hold and delegated and have a blockchain signature before the application period closes. As it was not posted before the application closed, the point won’t be considered.

  • Avantgarde’s Authorship count

As “Uniswap DAO Principles” has Avantgarde as an explicit co-author, we have considered, but for “[Temperature Check] - Deploy Uniswap V2 on all chains with V3”, we found it insufficient to be considered as explicit co-author.

Challenge Period

To ensure transparency and also efficiency, detailed points are shared above. If there’s a challenge to the points calculation, please post such and we will consider either uphold, clarify, or change our decisions.
