Interesting to note, we have one address already over the 10m threshold and another 80% there, it shows the limits and delegation system works.
In my opinion, having a handful of people who can make the proposals, then have the community vote on these proposals as a mass and make the final decision is the correct approach. The community still have the final say and we are not exhausted by repeat or low quality proposals.
