None of the discretionary budget was utilized during the month of January. A single outflow of 37,500 UNI was completed to facilitate payment for Oku from Proposal 92.
Below is the status of the Incentive Package Budget Account at month close.
The current balance stands at $890k, which represents the total amount of yet-to-be-allocated incentives. Based on a UNI price of $3.95, this Account is at a surplus of $237,609, bringing the total current adjusted balance to $1,127,609.
As it currently stands, 1.5× the current balance equates to $1,335,000. Therefore, the discretionary budget as of January 31st is $0, as the dollar value of the UNI held in this account is below the required threshold. Until the account exceeds $1,335,000, the discretionary budget cannot be utilized.
