Deploy Uniswap v3 on Kava Chain

UPDATE: Just wanted to highlight thagter at considering all the recent comments surrounding Deploy Uniswap V3 onto “x” Chain proposals, we’d like to split up this vote into:

  1. Snapshot Check for whether we should deploy onto Kava EVM as a whole (considering the chain, liquidity incentives, etc.)
  2. On Chain vote for above respective points
  3. Snapshot vote to determine the bridging solution used for this; assuming the On Chain vote passes. Note, the Kava team recommends and suggests Axelar, but community will decide on this final step with a snapshot vote.
