Transparency and accountability into team tokens

Are token grants made to individuals on the Uniswap team publicly available? If not, I believe they should be. Similar to how publicly traded companies report executive compensation in the annual proxy or annual report, I believe Uniswap should detail who the team members are, what their token compensation is, as well as the addresses showing their balances.

The intuition is simple: Uniswap is now a public network, and it should behave with all the maturity, accountability, and transparency required of a publicly traded network. If team members are selling tokens heavily, it is the right of non-insider tokenholders to know. Providing this level of transparency will level up governance to a whole other level (and as the equity markets show, investors reward good governance with increased prices).
