In SEEDGov we voted:

- 33% Arbitrum - L2 with the highest LTV
- 33% Base - second L2 with the second highest LTV and with strong growth in the last months
- 33% Scroll - L2 with zero knowledge technology with the highest LTV, with strong growth in the last 2 months
