### [Establish Uniswap v4 Licensing Process](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/uniswap/proposal/85) (Onchain)

Summary:

This proposal sets up two ENS subdomains for BSL exemptions and v4 deployment tracking. It gives the Uniswap Foundation a global license exemption and the Accountability Committee authority over registry updates.

Vote: **For**

Rationale:

This proposal provides a structured process for multi-chain v4 deployments, accelerating rollout and adoption. We supported it at [the snapshot stage](https://gov.uniswap.org/t/tane-delegate-platform/24164/36#p-56573-temp-check-establish-uniswap-v4-licensing-processhttpssnapshotboxsuniswapgovernanceethproposal0xfbaf8a48bc110a815e6b8cfaaf6c73451cb0c6e5e3d48e10e72893bf95911740-snapshot-1) and remain in favor for the on-chain vote because this approach is an effective practice for driving v4 adoption across multiple chains.

Summary:

We, Tané, propose allocating up to 15M UNI in temporary treasury delegations, selecting qualified delegates through objective criteria, and implementing a 12-month expiration alongside quarterly evaluations to ensure sustained governance participation.

Vote: **Abstain**

Rationale:

This proposal is designed as a temporary measure necessary to maintain efficient DAO decision-making, incorporating several adjustments based on feedback from various delegates.  
To remain neutral as the author of the proposal, we are voting to abstain on this proposal as stated in [the proposal’s discloure section](https://gov.uniswap.org/t/rfc-treasury-delegation-round-2/25355#p-56193-disclosure-24).
