**Proposal:** **[Establish Uniswap Governance as “DUNI,” a Wyoming DUNA](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/uniswap/proposal/90)** **Vote:** FOR **Rationale:** We are voting in favor of this proposal, consistent with the [positive feedback we provided during the debate](https://gov.uniswap.org/t/governance-proposal-establish-uniswap-governance-as-duni-a-wyoming-duna/25770/9) and with [our prior vote in Snapshot](https://gov.uniswap.org/t/seedgov-delegate-platform/23987/62). We believe that the formalization of Uniswap governance through the proposed DUNI represents a significant step forward in adapting to current regulations, enabling scalability without compromising the DAO’s decision-making processes.
