**Proposal:** **[Uniswap Unichain - USDS and sUSDS Co-Incentives Growth Management Plan](https://snapshot.box/#/s:uniswapgovernance.eth/proposal/0x537a301c4c94c1ec0b972bab558e2e36b1fa1111f0cbc4d5a59b0465f505c9ab)** (Snapshot) **Vote:** FOR **Rationale** [As we mentioned in the proposal thread](https://gov.uniswap.org/t/rfc-uniswap-unichain-usds-and-susds-co-incentives-growth-management-plan/25650/4), and despite having some reservations about the general effectiveness of incentive campaigns — which often attract opportunistic capital that moves on once rewards end — we believe this specific case is particularly compelling since involves **Unichain** and **Sky** , a well-established and reputable OG protocol currently undergoing strong growth and expansion. In this context, a joint campaign on Unichain to attract USDS holders could have a very positive impact on the network, especially if the goal is to build a more sustained presence over time by leveraging Sky’s SSR. We also support the mechanism of releasing incentives progressively, based on the achievement of concrete milestones. This ensures that funds are not wasted if the campaign fails to deliver meaningful results.
