I am curious why Uniswap V3 was chosen instead of deploying V4. On-boarding institutional liquidity is likely to involve policy enforcement requirements on trades that V4 would be able to adapt to through V4 hooks and potential use of flash accounting, supporting on-chain compliance vs. off-chain alternatives.
