After reviewing the Uniswap Foundation’s proposal and the feedback from other delegates, I am voting **AGAINST** the proposal.

### Value Proposition:

The Uniswap Foundation (UF) is requesting $62.65M to fund its operations and initiatives for 2025-2026, with $29.5M allocated for grants and $21.4M for operational costs. This budget is intended to support Uniswap’s ecosystem growth, including incentives for Unichain and grants for v4 hooks.

### Main Concerns:

1. **Lack of Alignment and Coordination**

2. **Unclear Hook Benefits for UNI Tokenholders**

3. **No Concrete Roadmap for Revenue Generation**

4. **Need for Improved Oversight and Accountability**
