# Voting Actions 2024 - March 4th – March 8th

**Proposal:** [Uniswap V3 Fees: Factory Owner Amendment](https://snapshot.org/#/uniswapgovernance.eth/proposal/0x3d8d2f44677c19f49a5bbe4466e4b50068b1a704861801d95384c898b1cbde54)  
**Vote:** Reject amendment  
**Reasoning:** We have voted against this proposal because, at the current time, we do not believe that the DAO should make concessions in security for flexibility at this level. We expressed our support for the proposal to [Activate Uniswap Protocol Governance](https://gov.uniswap.org/t/temperature-check-activate-uniswap-protocol-governance/22936/70), which we would like to see moved forward without this amendment.
