Rationale for 19,20:
I see the good motivation here because these proposals bring real value to Uniswap.
Uniswap v4 launched about a month ago, but growth is slow. TVL is just $85M, and daily volume is only $73M (compared to $1.7B on v3).
$24M liquidity incentive could help improve trading efficiency and keep Uniswap competitive.
What I don’t really like, though, is that Labs collects front-end fees yet doesn’t use that money and still asks the DAO for funding. 
But still voted yes on both propsals since v4 needs this incentive obviously.
