Summary: This is a revised proposal to renew the Treasury Delegation Program.
Recommendation: For. Last time this was up for vote, we chose to vote Abstain.

Abstain. We don’t think the program has been a glaring success. We want more folks making creative/ambitious proposals to move the DAO forward. We fear utilizing UNI from the treasury increases the bureaucracy and limits productivity. That said, we don’t hold a strong enough opinion to cast an against vote.

However, with more information regarding the timeline for the Unistaker and activation of the Fee Switch, we feel it’s pertinent to have this program continue until otherwise votes can be mobilized. Once the fee switch and Unistaker are activated, we could support ending the delegation program.
