[Unichain and Uniswap v4 Liquidity Incentives](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/uniswap/proposal/82)  
**Summary** : Allocate 7.5M UNI for Uniswap v4 and Unichain rewards.  
**Recommendation** : Abstain. Relevant comment: [link](https://gov.uniswap.org/t/governance-proposal-uniswap-unleashed-unichain-and-uniswap-v4-liquidity-incentives/25250/41). The UF plans to allocate UNI to pools that the DAO cannot monetize per Devin’s [comment](https://gov.uniswap.org/t/governance-proposal-uniswap-unleashed-unichain-and-uniswap-v4-liquidity-incentives/25250/42). Since Devin did say they would seek methods to either “…split fees or otherwise share economics…” we voted to abstain rather than explicitly against.

**Summary** : Saga requested $250K in UNI for six months to support five pools on Saga. Saga will allocate $4.2M. Saga paid for Oku’s costs.  
**Recommendation** : For. This is the most a chain has offered to put in rewards, and we felt it was a very rational proposal relative to their minimal ask.

**Summary** : Revise the existing protocol delegation program to have expiring delegations and increase the total amount delegated by the protocol to 18M.  
**Recommendation** : Abstain. We don’t think the program has been a glaring success. We want more folks making creative/ambitious proposals to move the DAO forward. We fear utilizing UNI from the treasury increases the bureaucracy and limits productivity. That said, we don’t hold a strong enough opinion to cast an against vote.
