[# [Temp Check] Uniswap Delegate Reward Initiative - Cycle 3](https://snapshot.box/#/s:uniswapgovernance.eth/proposal/0x0c7b3acc56ad1d276cd4c9338e2ef8ca9e15e8ab3e3a22d395fd34398bda40af) Summary: Renew the Uniswap Delegate Reward Initiative Recommendation: Overall, the program has been successful at bringing a few more delegates and getting delegates to participate more regularly. Unfortunately, it’s not clear that the quality has improved over the duration of this program. In some aspects, like feedback, the program has led to general improvements, but nothing is clearly substantial. However, the number of proposals and the quality of proposal has remained stagnant. We voted to **abstain** on the proposal because we are generally for it, but we wished to see reform in cycle 3 to drive further productivity.
