Uniswap Delegate Reward Initiative - Cycle 2

Description: We appreciate being a part of the Uniswap Delegate Reward Initiative and are in favor of its continuation. It does appear to be successfully attracting new contributors to the DAO while incentivizing the maintenance of a professional voting platform, which we think is a perfect recipe for onboarding new and active members to the DAO. We also believe the method used for selection is quite fair and holds everyone to a higher standard.
Proposal to active 2, 3, 4 bps fee-tiers on Base
Vote: We missed this vote.
Description: Although we missed this vote, we do recognize the position under which it was proposed. However we would have voted to abstain or voted against due to the marginal impact we would have expected in volume, as well as the potential for increased liquidity fragmentation and its extended effects. We would be in favor of further research specifically into all the options available for increasing Base market share as well as fallbacks that could work to rebalance priorities should the desired outcomes not be reached in a specified amount of time.

Description: We appreciate the work done by the Uniswap Accountability Committee in previous seasons and we look forward to the continuation of their services. We will also have a member submitting a pitch to join the committee.

Description: We opposed the proposal due to concerns about the high cost and limited direct impact on Uniswap’s core objectives. These funds could be better allocated to initiatives more directly tied to Uniswap’s development.

Description: We appreciate the work done by the Uniswap Accountability Committee in previous seasons and we look forward to the continuation of their services. We will also have a member submitting a pitch to join the committee.
Approved Budgets Rebalancing

Description: We recognized the need to rebalance the currently approved budgets due to the negative price action of the UNI token over the past months.
Uniswap Delegate Race Tiebreaker
Vote: Both
Description: We voted to include both Tane and Argonaut into the second season of Delegate Rewards Initiative because they both met the requirements to be rewarded under the points scheme.
