Uniswap rewards delegates under the following conditions (if you are in the top 15 delegates):
Points:
- Snapshot votes > 90% - 3 points
- Tally votes > 90% - 4 points
- Proposal authorship - 3 points
- Community call participation - 1 point
- Participate in 90% of votes (both Snapshot and Tally) in the last 90 days
- Write your vote rationale in the thread
- Participate in community calls
I consider such conditions for distributing rewards to be fair, depending on your contribution to the DAO.
