We voted **for** the renewal of the Uniswap Accountability Committee. Quite clearly, the UAC has grown into an important extension of the DAO since its inception by serving as an important link between DAO decisions and practical execution for new chain deployments and relevant funds and multisig management. The requested increase in working hours and funding for Season 4 seems entirely reasonable and well-justified given that responsibilities have expanded significantly, and we appreciate the plan to have rotating members for continuity and fresh perspectives. For these reasons, renewing the UAC has our full support.

Following our support for the UAC renewal, we have likewise voted **for** the rebalancing of the season 4 budget, given the value discrepancy between the distributed UNI and the dollar-denominated budget since approval. This will ensure that existing commitments can be met and contributors paid accordingly.

We voted **for** this temp check as a _temporary measure_ to address governance issues like quorum. As we expressed in our feedback [here](https://gov.uniswap.org/t/rfc-treasury-delegation-round-2/25355/15), we’d like to see a more meritocratic focus in future iterations (if needed) where the DAO is more selective of what sort of delegate and expertise it onboards, rather than just a pure broadening of the set. The frequent reviews and program evaluation is a good addition. Will be interesting to see how the elections for the “distinguished” delegates plays out.

Voted **for** this proposal as a follow-up to the earlier temp check vote. With no changes to the proposal itself, our vote remains the same. See rationale below.
