We voted to support the next cycle of the delegate program. While not perfect, rewarding delegates for dedicating their time and effort to governance is a necessity to maintain quality contributions and consistently meet quorum. This cycle brings slight improvements to the program, and delegates seem to be in general agreement that for future iterations, focus should be on trying to incorporate more qualitative metrics.
