- Reasoning: As we mentioned in our comment on the proposal here, we had a dilemma. However, after giving it further thought and reading some of the opinions shared by other delegates, we have decided to support this proposal. Our main reason is the promising growth this L2 has shown and how beneficial this initial boost could be.
