UAC Renewal S4
Vote: For
Type: Snapshot
In order to continue sustaining and growing a handful of the DAO’s operations for the coming year, we believe that it’s prudent to renew the UAC for a Season 4. The team has over time become the go-to operational entity for the DAO, partaking in growth initiatives, incentive distribution, escrow of funds, and overseeing cross-chain deployments.
Approved Budgets Rebalancing (S4)
Vote: For
Type: Snapshot
Since the UAC does not have the ability to sell any of the UNI for USD at the present time, all of the accounting must be conducted in terms of UNI, even though most of the stated budgets are dollar-denominated. In order to balance between not underpaying or overpaying working groups and grantees—as well as incentive distributions—it’s best-practice to top up needed balances. The budgets are all technically liabilities to entities that have requested the UNI, but until certain milestones are met and verified by the UAC, the UNI present in the UAC multisigs are effectively an extension of the treasury.
[Temp Check/Revised] Treasury Delegation Round 2
Vote: For
Type: Snapshot
It seems the DAO has come to a general consensus around this proposal, where a transient delegation from the treasury makes sense to sustain meeting quorum during onchain proposals, as well as allowing entities to post votes by meeting the proposal threshold. Unistaker likely won’t be active until the end of the year. The timeline for reviewing the treasury delegation at a sooner date than initially proposed should somewhat align with the launch of Unistaker, at which point, in an ideal world, organic delegations become the resounding norm and treasury delegations are slowly phased out. If tokens from the treasury are to be delegated at all, it should ideally be a very exclusive program—not as broad as the present one.
Establish Uniswap v4 Licensing Process
Vote: For
Type: Onchain
As per our Snapshot vote, we have voted in favor of this proposal because it sets the foundation for allowing the DAO to begin initializing v4 deployments on alternative EVMs.
