[TEMP CHECK] BoB Uniswap v3 Incentives Package

BOB is one of the most prominent L2s with a Uniswap deployment and has seen considerable growth in the past couple of months. They have also made a clear commitment to utilize Uniswap, via Oku, as their canonical front-end, which is seldom the case with new L2s who are most often adamant about incentivizing the growth of native DEXs. As far as getting exposure to BTC-fi, BOB is a great way for Uniswap to do so. Access to the growth of emerging protocols like Babylon, for example, can be done via BOB. In fact, it’s likely that some of the Babylon incentives may also flow to Uni v3 pools on BOB soon. Plus, the expense ratio in terms of what the BOB team is committing and what Uniswap is committing is near 1, thereby making this a financially prudent allocation. We are therefore voting in favor of this proposal.
[TEMP CHECK] Establish Uniswap v4 Licensing Process

In order to conduct any expansions on the v4 front, there needs to be a process for granting license exemptions to entities selected by the DAO. Choosing UF as the initial group for a blanket exemption makes sense. And granting writing capabilities to UAC, like is the case with v3 and v2, is also prudent.
